Similarly, our lives flourish when we nurture our physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and passions, when we know when to move and when to rest.

  • Gratitude Practice: Reflecting on small joys and achievements to foster a positive mindset.

  • Slow down, contemplate. Do nothing.
