While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity.
When practicing the 5Rhythms, we slowly open our consciousness to our capacity to understand beyond the mental space as soon as we pay full attention to the language of our body in motion.
